Our Story
At the height of COVID, companies specifically restaurants, were shutting down. People were out of work and times became hard for all.
As a salaried manager, I only had reduced hours but my staff was let go. As I made dinner for my family, I realized that my former team may be in need. Therefore, I began to make larger meals and set aside free-to-go meals, for anyone who was in need or wanted a hot meal.
As businesses started opening back up and people went back to work, I discontinued the free-to-go meals but people was still asking about the food items and was willing to pay for these home cooked meals.
“Yes Chef Catering” was born! from favorites like burritos and teriyaki chicken, to platters of barbecue wings or ribs.
